With a market capitalization of Rs 7,492 crores, the shares of PNC Infratech Ltd are currently trading at Rs 292 per share, down by 47.6 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 556.95 per share. Over the past five years, the stock has delivered an impressive return of 175 percent.

Financial Highlights

PNC Infratech reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 6,768.68 crores in FY25, marking a decline of 21.74 percent from Rs 8,649.86 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, Q4 revenue fell 34.44 percent to Rs 1,704.10 crores in FY25 from Rs 2,600.14 crores in Q4 FY24. Sequentially, revenue increased 15.90 percent from Rs 1,470 crores in Q3 FY25.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 815.41 crores in FY25, reflecting a decline of 10.34 percent from Rs 909.42 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year basis, net profit dropped 80.94 percent to Rs 75.43 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 395.89 crores in Q4 FY24. However, on a sequential basis, net profit declined 7.26 percent from Rs 81.35 crores in Q3 FY25.

Additionally, the company has announced a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share at face value of Rs 2/-, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM of the Company.
