With a market cap of Rs. 35,569.7 crores, at 10:33 a.m., the shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 58.9, up by around 2.7 percent, as compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 57.33.

For Q3 FY25, IRB Infra reported total revenue from operations of Rs. 2,025.4 crores, registering a significant growth of around 27.7 perce QoQ from Rs. 1,585.8 crores in Q2 FY25, and a rise of about 3 percent YoY from Rs. 1,968.5 crores in Q3 FY24.
The company’s net profit for Q3 FY25 to Rs. 6,026 crores, representing growth of around 5926 percent QoQ from Rs. 100 crores in Q2 FY25, and a year-on-year increase of nearly 3115.6 percent from Rs. 187.4 crores in Q3 FY24.
EBITDA for Q3 FY25 rose to Rs. 1,049.2 crores, reflecting a robust 12 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 932.5 crores in Q2 FY25.
Additionally, the company’s Board has declared a third interim dividend of Re. 0.1 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each.
