Management Commentary Highlights

Mr. Sammeer Pakvasa (Chairman & MD) cited that the company’s business momentum remains strong as it currently holds a total of Rs 586 crore (excluding GST) in pending orders, which is almost 1.5x of its FY25 revenue.

The new fiscal year 2026 opened with approximately Rs 350 crore worth of orders, among which there was a significant Rs 160 crore airport project that is going to be executed over a period of three years. Most of the remaining orders have already been completed in the first half of FY26.

In the first half of FY26, the company secured fresh orders amounting to Rs 346 crore. These are attributable mainly to the market-driven wins in new projects across various sectors. Most of these newly acquired orders will be carried out in the second half of the year, which is anticipated to be almost three times heavier on execution than H1.

Additionally, the management has aimed to achieve a total growth of 15–20 percent in FY26 and it believes that it will be possible for the company to keep the CAGR running at a rate of 25–30 percent over the next three to five years. This presents the company with a huge jump from its current financials.

Regarding its future viability, the company is presently competing for the awarding of contracts whose total value is worth Rs 4,000 crore. The company expects its success rate to be around 10 percent, which comes to roughly Rs 400 crore, which, if secured, will give a strong boost to the order book of the company.

Throughout the year, the company accumulated top-tier projects with a total value of Rs 220 crore from distinguished clients, among which were three large orders amounting to Rs 111 crore, Rs 95 crore, and Rs 31 crore, respectively. This is proof of the company’s increasing capability to manage large-scale, complex projects with leading clients.

To improve the company’s capabilities in design and clients’ engagement, a new Design Studio and office at BKC, Mumbai, was recently inaugurated by the company. This state-of-the-art facility aims to become a central point that connects the design team with not only the existing clients but also the prospective ones.
