At 11:33 a.m., shares of Cyient Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 1,255.3 on BSE, up by nearly 1 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 1,242.25, with a market cap of Rs. 13,944 crores. The stock has delivered negative returns of more than 33 percent in the last one year, and has fallen by about 3 percent in the last month.

According to the latest regulatory filings on the stock exchanges, Cyient Limited announced the financial results for Q1 FY26 on Thursday after market hours. For Q1 FY26, Cyient reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 1,711.8 crores, marking around a 10 percent QoQ decline compared to Rs. 1,910 crores in Q4 FY25, but a year-on-year marginal increase of about 2 percent from Rs. 1,675.7 crores recorded in Q1 FY25.
The company’s net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 157.4 crores, reflecting a decline of around 15 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 186.4 crores in Q4 FY25, but a year-on-year increase of about 7 percent from Rs. 147.6 crores recorded in Q1 FY25. In Q1 FY26, Cyient Group reported a cash position of Rs. 1,894 crores, reflecting a quarter-on-quarter increase of Rs. 262 crores.
The company also announced the successful completion of the planned carve-out process of Cyient Semiconductors. This newly established entity is focused on high-growth opportunities in advanced semiconductor technologies, with expertise in high-performance analogue and mixed-signal ASIC solutions across various industries. Cyient expressed strong confidence that Cyient Semiconductors will be a key driver of the group’s future growth.
