Jupiter, a neobank that offers digital banking services without traditional physical branches, seems to be stepping in with a different approach. Their latest offering, in partnership with CSB Bank, is called the Edge+ RuPay Credit Card, and it’s designed based on how most millennials and Gen Z individuals spend today.
The Edge+ is an upgraded version of the earlier Edge RuPay Credit Card, co-branded by Jupiter and Catholic Syrian Bank (CSB). It runs on the RuPay network and is available exclusively through the Jupiter app. The card offers an attractive cashback structure on online shopping platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Zara, and travel booking sites like MakeMyTrip, Yatra etc. With a focus on practical benefits, the Edge+ RuPay card is positioned to appeal to young professionals and digital-first consumers by offering real cashback instead of complex reward structures, and doing so with a transparent, app-controlled interface.

- No annual fee, this card is lifetime free.
- The primary appeal of the Edge+ card lies in its straightforward cashback system. Users can earn:
- 10% cashback up to ₹1500 per month on popular online shopping platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Zara, Nykaa, Croma, Reliance Trends, Tata Cliq and Reliance Digital.
- 5% cashback up to ₹1,000 per month on travel bookings via MakeMyTrip, Yatra, EaseMyTrip and Cleartrip.
- 1% cashback on all other offline and online spends, with no upper limit.
- Those who apply for the Edge+ directly get an Amazon Prime membership valid for a year, this does not apply for existing users.
- Based on Jupiter’s estimates, users could earn over ₹42,000 in cashback per year, depending on spending patterns.
- One of the biggest talking points is that this RuPay credit card supports UPI payments using credit. That’s a game-changer for many. QR codes can be scanned through the Jupiter app, bringing together the convenience of UPI with the benefits of a credit card.
- The Edge+ card is fully managed through the Jupiter mobile application. Users can apply for the card, track transactions, view rewards, set limits and block or manage the card directly from the app.

How to Apply for the Edge+ RuPay Card
Existing Jupiter customers who hold the original Edge card can upgrade to the Edge+ directly through the app. New users can apply digitally, with an entirely paperless onboarding process. While the card is issued by CSB Bank, all interactions including customer service, are handled by Jupiter.
