MBL Infrastructure Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in the execution of civil engineering projects. The Company operates through five segments: Highways (EPC, BOT, O&M), Building, Housing & Urban Infrastructure, Railways/Metro, and Other Infrastructure.

With a market capitalization of Rs 578.53 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 48.31 per share, hitting an upper circuit of  10 percent.

The promoter of the company decreased its stake by 1.71 percent, from 71.45 percent in Q3FY25 to 69.74 percent in Q4FY25. Additionally, 29.69 percent is owned by retail investors, 0.53 percent is held by domestic institutional investors, and 0.04 percent is owned by foreign institutional investors.
