India’s largest digital trucking platform is in focus after reporting its Q4 FY25 results with a turnaround from loss to profit on both a QoQ & YoY basis, and also reporting Net Profit, which is more than its revenue. Further, the company has also received the board’s approval to change its name. Following the results, the Stock surged by 9.27 percent.
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 7,967 Crore, the stock of Zinka Logistics Solutions opened at Rs. 499.90, up 9.27 percent, which is also the day’s high for the stock. Additionally, since its listing, the stock has given a positive return of 71 percent.
Financial Highlights
The company reported a 31.18 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 93 Crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 122 Crore in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 7.01 percent in revenue from Rs. 114 Crore in the previous quarter.
Their Net profit saw a turnaround from a loss of 91 crore in Q4FY24 to a Net Profit of 280 crores in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis also the company also reported a turnaround from a loss of 48 Crore. The huge Net profit figure can be attributed to a deferred tax income of Rs. 247.50 Crore, which led to an increase in Net Profits
The average monthly transacting truck operators are up 20.80 percent from FY24 to FY25 to 721,932. Monthly transacting users using at least two services are up 31.20 percent to 339,701. Time spent on App Daily by transacting customers in minutes was up 8.50 percent to 42.90 minutes, Gross transaction value of payments is up 35 percent to 23,493 Crore, and Total number of payment transactions is up 34.10 percent to 55.40 Crore
Further, the Board has approved the proposal to change the name of the Company from “Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited” to “Blackbuck Limited” or any other name that will get approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
