In Monday’s trading session, Balkrishna Industries Limited’s share jumped to an intraday high of 3.43 percent from the previous close of Rs. 2,652.15. The stock opened at Rs. 2,674.75 and is currently trading at Rs. 2,596.15, with a high of Rs. 2,743.25 and a low of Rs. 2,560. The market capitalization now stands at approximately Rs. 50,188.04 crore. 

Q3 FY25 Result Walkthrough

Coming into the quarterly results of Balkrishna Industries Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 12.58 percent YOY, from Rs. 2,274 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 2,560 crore in Q3 FY25, and grew by 5.79 percent QoQ from Rs. 2,420 crore in Q2 FY25. 

Further, the company’s EBIDT has increased by 11.09 percent, from Rs. 601 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 541 crore in Q3 FY25. 

In Q3 FY25, Balkrishna Industries Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 47.21 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 449 crore compared to Rs. 305 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q2 FY25, the net profit has increased by 29.39 percent, from Rs. 347 crore. 

The basic earnings per share increased by 47.15 percent and stood at Rs 23.25 as against Rs 15.80 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year 2024. 

Financial Highlights of FY25

The company’s fiscal year 2025 volume profile highlights agricultural tires contributing 59 percent of sales, followed by the OTR segment at 37.6 percent and others at 3.4 percent. The company’s business model is driven by the replacement market at 73.35 percent, while OEM sales account for 25.2 percent and others at 1.5 percent. 

Geographically, Europe is the largest market at 42.61 percent, followed by India (28.9 percent), the Americas (16.4 percent), and the rest of the world (12.1 percent), demonstrating BKT’s broad international reach and market success.

Additionally, The company also supplies construction equipment manufacturers such as JCB, CAT, and Terex, along with agricultural and specialized equipment makers.
