- Hitachi Energy: Received an order from the Joint Commissioner to recover an “erroneously sanctioned” GST export refund of ₹22.97 crore, along with a penalty of ₹2.30 crore.
- IDFC First Bank: Platinum Invictus secured RBI approval to invest up to 9.99% in the bank’s share capital, with an initial investment of around ₹2,624 crore for a 5.09% stake via a preferential issue.
- Adani Enterprises: Subsidiary Mundra Synergy has incorporated a wholly owned unit, UP Syn-Gas & Chemicals.
- Gokaldas Exports: Approved the amalgamation of BRFL Textiles with the company and raised its stake in BTPL to 19%.
- Shilpa Medicare: Received CDSCO approval to launch Nor Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets 500 mg in India which is the first global treatment for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, which impacts an estimated 188 million people in the country.
- KEC International: Issued a corporate guarantee worth SAR 123.75 million to an overseas bank in support of its subsidiary, Al Sharif Group & KEC.
- BEML: Secured its first overseas contract in the Rail and Metro segment from Malaysia for retrofitting and reconditioning the Mass Rapid Transport System, valued at USD 1 million.
- Lloyds Enterprises: Board approved a rights issue in the ratio of 1:5 at ₹39 per share.
- NACL Industries: Coromandel International completed the acquisition of a controlling stake; an open offer to acquire an additional 26% from public shareholders is in progress.
- Texmaco Rail: NCLT approved the merger of Texmaco West Rail with the company.
- Arvind: NCLT sanctioned the slump sale of the advanced materials undertaking to subsidiary Arvind Advanced Materials.
- Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores: Board approved issuing bonus shares in a 2:1 ratio and reappointed Bahirji Ajai Ghorpade as Managing Director.
- Coromandel International: Completed the acquisition of a 53% stake in NACL Industries; open offer to acquire up to 26% more from public shareholders is ongoing.
- H.G. Infra Engineering: In a JV with D.E.C. Infrastructure and Projects, won a ₹2,195.68 crore contract from RLDA for redeveloping New Delhi Railway Station and related infrastructure, with a 45-month completion period.
- Nibe: Won a ₹10.52 crore order from Elbit Systems Land to manufacture and supply ship-mounted universal rocket launcher mechanical kits.
- Zydus Lifesciences: Received final USFDA approval for Prucalopride Tablets (1 mg and 2 mg).
- Mahindra & Mahindra: Produced 82,862 units in July 2025 (up from 70,540 units in July 2024), sold 80,917 units, and exported 2,774 units.
- Authum Investment: Purchased 8.34 lakh shares of Star Aerospace (6.63% stake), raising its total holding to 14.59%; also incorporated a subsidiary, Billion Dream Sports, to enter the sports industry.
- Shivam Autotech: Approved the allotment of 250 secured NCDs worth ₹25 crore via private placement.
- Birla Corporation: Issued commercial paper worth ₹50 crore (₹5 lakh each).
- Cupid: Expanding its in-vitro diagnostic test kit business, aiming for CE certification of four products and increasing production capacity from 1 lakh to 4 lakh kits per day by end-2026.
- Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals: Approved forming an SPV with GMDC to set up a 60 MW renewable energy project.
- Prism Johnson: Acquired shares worth ₹49.68 crore in Sentini Cermica.
