A strong 6.0-magnitude earthquake hit Afghanistan late Sunday night in the eastern province of Kunar, killing at least 800 people and injuring over 2,500.

Zinka Logistics Solutions
GSAM Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, divested 49,09,874 equity shares (2.74% stake) in Zinka Logistics Solutions, the parent of digital trucking platform BlackBuck at ₹600.32 per share, amounting to ₹294.7 crore.
Meanwhile, Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund acquired 41,16,557 shares (2.29% stake) at ₹599.77 per share, worth ₹246.9 crore.
One Mobikwik Systems
Abu Dhabi Investment Authority fully exited Mobikwik, selling its entire holding of 16,44,438 shares (2.1% stake) at ₹238.45 per share, totaling ₹39.21 crore.
On the other hand, BofA Securities Europe SA purchased 5,00,000 shares at ₹243.61 per share, for a consideration of ₹12.18 crore.
Carborundum Universal
Sandhya G. Parikh picked up 3,00,000 shares of the Murugappa Group company engaged in abrasives, refractories, and electrominerals manufacturing at ₹915 per share, translating into an investment of ₹27.45 crore. The shares were acquired from promoter entity Murugappan Arunachalam Children Trust.
