  • U.S. tech giants are holding off on leasing large data centers in India due to trade uncertainties. Sources say new deals have been stalled for over two months as companies assess the situation. However, major hyperscalers are expected to revisit their expansion plans in the next three to six months once conditions stabilize.
  • White House economic advisor Kevin Hassett warned that federal employee layoffs could begin if President Trump decides shutdown talks have reached a dead end.
