- Usha Martin: Agreed to sell approx 10.11 acres of leasehold land with structures and machinery in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu to UGP Engineering for ₹29.52 crore.
- SJVN: Successfully synchronized the first unit of its 1,320 MW Buxar thermal power project with the National Grid.
- Titagarh Rail Systems: Secured a ₹445 crore (ex-GST) LoI from Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers for construction of two vessels.
- Eternal: Incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Blinkit Foods.
- Ramco Cements: Completed acquisition of 28.5% stake in Ramco Windfarms.
- GHV Infra Projects: Awarded a ₹2,000 crore EPC contract by Valor Estate for PAP & Police housing project in Mumbai.
