  • Aarti Pharmalabs: Promoter Safechem Enterprises sold 6 lakh shares (0.66% stake) at ₹929.19 each, while BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 4.59 lakh shares at ₹929. Norges Bank and Vanguard funds bought a combined 1.7% stake worth ₹145.8 crore.

  • Sigachi Industries: iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI Index ETF acquired 31.85 lakh shares in Sigachi Industries at ₹43.85 per share, reflecting strong institutional interest in the company.
  • Power Mech Projects: Motilal Oswal Asset Management sold 1.68 lakh shares of Power Mech Projects at ₹2,990.58 per share, generating ₹50.45 crore from the transaction.
  • Energy Infrastructure Trust: Rapid Holdings 2 Pte, part of Brookfield Asset Management, sold 16.86 crore units (25.39% stake) at ₹82 per unit in Energy Infrastructure Trust to 24 investors, raising ₹1,382.7 crore. Rapid previously held a 75% stake.
  • IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust: Vanguard Group acquired over 2 crore units (2.5% stake) at ₹169.12 per unit for ₹353.3 crore. Meanwhile, Larsen & Toubro sold 54.6 lakh units at ₹168.78 per unit, and BNP Paribas offloaded 46.1 lakh units at ₹168.17 per unit.
