- BREAKING: Israel and Iran reach full agreement on a total ceasefire starting in 6 hours, to last for 12 hours, officially marking the end of the war.
- Trump Declares Ceasefire, Strikes Persist: President Trump announced a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, confirmed by Iranian media, though Israel has yet to officially respond. Despite this, both nations continued trading strikes overnight, with missiles hitting southern Israel and fresh Israeli attacks reported in Tehran. Qatar reportedly mediated the deal, with Iran agreeing to halt attacks in exchange for the ceasefire.
- Oil prices down by 15% from yesterday’s high of near $80.

- ITI: The company received a final tranche of Rs 25 crore from C-DOT, as part of executed sale agreement between ITI and C-DOT.
- All-Cargo Logistics: The company reported LCL volume down by 4% year-on-year at 7,28,000 cubic meters.
- Satin Creditcare: The board is to meet on June 27 to consider raising funds up to Rs 5,000 crore via NCDs.
- Metro Brands has partnered with British footwear brand Clarks, becoming its exclusive retail and digital partner for India and nearby countries. The company will handle Clarks’ e-commerce in India, manage its official website, and have exclusive offline selling rights, including mono-branded stores.
- Cochin Shipyard: The company arm received an order in the range of ₹100–250 crore to construct 2 luxury river cruise vessels.
- Devyani International: The company increases its stake in arm Sky Gate Hospitality to 86.1% from 80.7% for ₹106 crore.
- Enviro Infra Engineers: Its subsidiary, EIE Renewables, has acquired a 49% stake in Soltrix Energy Solution. Additionally, the company secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from PTC India Financial Services for the development of a 40 MW grid-connected solar project, valued at ₹115.6 crore. It has also bagged new domestic projects worth ₹306 crore.
