Investors welcomed the development, which strengthened the company’s order book and visibility, with sentiment further aided by stable quarterly performance despite margin pressures.

Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, with a market capitalization of Rs. 926.97 crore, opened at Rs. 636 compared to the previous close of Rs. 646.85. The stock touched an intraday high of Rs. 691.55, marking a gain of 6.9 percent from the last close.

Krystal Integrated Services Limited has bagged a contract from the Director of Medical Education (DME), Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The mandate involves providing sanitation and housekeeping services for hospitals and institutions under DME across Zone-I, which includes Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, and East Godavari. The contract, valued at approximately Rs. 168 crore excluding duties and taxes, will run for three years.

Financial Snapshot

On a sequential basis, the company reported sales of Rs. 323 crore in Q1FY26, down 21.8 percent from Rs. 413 crore in Q4FY25. Operating profit declined 22.2 percent to Rs. 21 crore from Rs. 27 crore, while profit before tax fell 26.9 percent to Rs. 19 crore from Rs. 26 crore. Net profit slipped 5.9 percent to Rs. 16 crore compared to Rs. 17 crore in the previous quarter.

On a yearly comparison, sales grew 25.7 percent from Rs. 257 crore in Q1FY25 to Rs. 323 crore in Q1FY26. Operating profit rose 31.3 percent to Rs. 21 crore from Rs. 16 crore, while profit before tax increased 18.8 percent to Rs. 19 crore from Rs. 16 crore. Net profit improved 6.7 percent to Rs. 16 crore from Rs. 15 crore in the same period last year.
