With a market cap of Rs. 394.3 crores, at 03:15 p.m., the shares of Innovators Facade Systems Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 209 on BSE, up by nearly 3 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 202.85. The stock has delivered negative returns of around 6 percent in one year, but has gained by more than 4 percent in the last month.

According to the latest regulatory filings with the BSE, Innovators Facade Systems Limited has been awarded a work order worth Rs. 61.11 crores by Larsen & Toubro (L&T Construction – Buildings & Factories).
The scope of the project includes the design, fabrication, supply, installation, and commissioning of façade works for Central Secretariat Buildings 6 and 7, located on Maulana Azad Road in New Delhi. The project is scheduled for completion by October 2026.
L&T Construction’s Buildings & Factories is a business vertical to undertake Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of all types of building and factory structures. Its portfolio spans diverse segments including airports, IT parks, institutional spaces, healthcare and leisure facilities, residential complexes, and factories.

Innovators Facade reported a marginal decline in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year fall of around 7 percent from Rs. 115 crores in H2 FY24 to Rs. 107 crores in H2 FY25. Similarly, its net profit decreased during the same period from Rs. 10 crores to Rs. 8 crores, representing a decline of about 20 percent YoY. Innovators Facade Systems Limited is mainly engaged in the business of design, engineering, fabrication, supply and installation of all types of facade systems.
