The shares of Aryaman Financial Services Ltd, with a total market capitalization of Rs 613.3 Crore on Monday, reached an Intraday high at Rs 525 per share which was 4.9 percent higher than the previous closing price of Rs 500.5. The shares generated a multi-bagger return of 128 percent in the past year, an impressive 924 percent return in the past three years, and a stellar return of 1,121 percent in the past five years.
What Happened
The company informed that Mahshri Enterprises Private Ltd, the promoter of the company, through preferential allotment has acquired 5,65,000 shares which translates to 4.61 percent of the company’s total outstanding shares. As a result of this acquisition, the promoter’s stake in the company increased from 60.63 percent to 62.45 percent, and the promoter now holds 76.5 Lakhs shares of the company. The acquisition took place on March 21, 2025.
