The shares of Nahar Polyfilms Ltd, with a market capitalization of Rs. 791.98 crores on Thursday. Its shares are trading at a CMP of Rs 325, against the previous closing price of Rs 322.00. The stock was up by 4.5 percent intraday, reaching a high of Rs 336.40 from its previous close.
What Happened
Nahar Polyfilms Ltd, a company involved in the business of manufacturing transparent & metalized Flexible Packaging Films, announced its results for the Financial year ‘25. Its Revenue grew by 2 percent YoY from Rs 153 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs 157 Crores in Q4FY25, but it has decreased by close to 9.2 percent QoQ from Rs 173 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs 157 Crores in Q4FY25.
Its Net Profit grew by 1437 percent YoY from Rs 0.92 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs 14.1 Crores in Q4FY25. The Net profits have grown by 87.7 percent QoQ from Rs. 7.51 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 14.1 Crores in Q4FY25 despite the company’s revenues dipping by 9 percent QoQ. This says that the company can make profits despite the decrease in sales.

The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, and Taxes (EBIDT) has also grown by 1274 percent YOY from Rs 1.71 crores in Q4FY24 to Rs 23.5 crores in Q4FY25. Its EPS has also grown by 1454 percent YOY from Rs. 0.37 in Q4FY24 to Rs. 5.75 in Q4FY25.
The company has recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.00, which is 20 percent per share which is of the face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to the approval of members in the AGM.
Nahar Polyfilms Ltd, established in 2011, is a leading Indian manufacturer specializing in Bi-Axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films. The company operates a state-of-the-art facility equipped with two 8.7-meter BOPP lines from Bruckner Maschinenbau, including a high-performance 5-layer line with inline coating capabilities.
With an annual production capacity of 60,000 metric tons, Nahar Polyfilms produces a diverse range of products, including metallized and non-metallized films, sealable and non-sealable films, and specialty films such as high-barrier and ultra-high-barrier films for food packaging.
