Intellect Design Arena reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 2,500 crores in FY25, down by 0.24 percent from Rs 2,506 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, revenue increased by 18.29 percent to Rs 725.9 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 613.6 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, it rose by 19.07 percent from Rs 609.6 crores in Q3 FY25.
The company posted a net profit of Rs 334.4 crores in FY25, up by 3.61 percent from Rs 322.7 crores in FY24. Net profit surged by 86.07 percent YoY to Rs 136.4 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 73.3 crores in Q4 FY24. On a QoQ basis, it jumped 92.86 percent from Rs 70.7 crores in Q3 FY25. In FY25, its platform segment has contributed to a revenue of Rs 241 crore, and the license & AMC segment has contributed to a revenue of Rs 503 crore each.
Additionally, the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share and a special dividend of Rs 3 per share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend shall be paid within 30 days from declaration.
