Financial Highlights

India Shelter Finance Corporation reported an interest income of Rs 953 crores in FY25, up by 34 percent from Rs 712.7 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, interest income surged by 30 percent to Rs 270 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 207.3 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, it increased by 11 percent from Rs 243.6 crores in Q3 FY25.

It posted a net profit of Rs 377.9 crores in FY25, up by 53 percent from Rs 247.6 crores in FY24. Net profit surged by 39 percent YoY to Rs 108.1 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 77.9 crores in Q4 FY24. On a QoQ basis, it increased by 12 percent from Rs 96.1 crores in Q3 FY25. It also announced a dividend of Rs 5 per share, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.

It recorded an AUM growth of 35 percent YoY to Rs 8,189 crores in FY25 from Rs 6,084 crores in FY24. Additionally, its AUM surged 7 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs 7,619 crore in Q3 FY25.

Its disbursements recorded a growth of 27 percent YoY and 6 percent QoQ to Rs 3,335 crores in FY25 and 933 crores in Q4 FY25 respectively, from Rs 2,646 crores in FY24 and 879 crores in Q3 FY25.

Its GNPA% stayed flat on a YoY basis to 1 percent in Q4 FY25, however it declined by 0.2 percent from 1.2 percent in the previous quarter. NNPA% stayed at 0.8 percent in Q4 FY25 as compared to 0.7 a year ago. Collection efficiency also rose to 100 percent from 99 percent in its previous quarter.

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited is a Gurugram-based housing finance company that offers low-cost housing loans. It provides home loans, property loans, and home equity loans to individuals for home buying, improvement, extension, and construction on plots.
