At 10:48 a.m., the shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 14,165 on BSE, up by around 4 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 13,615.6 with a market cap of Rs. 1.57 lakh crores. The stock has delivered positive returns of around 52 percent in the last one year, and has gained by over 25 percent in the last six months.

For Q1 FY26, Bajaj Holdings reported a total consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 324.6 crores, marking around a 123 percent QoQ growth compared to Rs. 145.3 crores in Q4 FY25, and a year-on-year increase of about 143 percent from Rs. 133.8 crores recorded in Q1 FY25.
Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 3,503.8 crores, marking a growth of around 100 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 1,750.8 crores in Q4 FY25, as well as a year-on-year increase of about 117 percent from Rs. 1,614.5 crores in Q1 FY25.
Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited (BHIL) is registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Financial Company – Investment and Credit Company (NBFC-ICC). It operated as a holding and investment company, with no independent business operations of its own.
The company’s investments consist of strategic investments in group companies, as well as financial investments across capital markets and properties. BHIL earns revenue primarily by way of dividend income from investments held in group companies.
