On Door Concepts’ product portfolio is divided into three main categories: Foods, which contribute to 73.09% of the revenue and include staples, groceries, fruits & vegetables, snacks & processed foods, dairy & frozen products, beverages and confectionery;
Non-Foods (FMCG), accounting for 22.18% of the revenue and comprising home care products, personal care items, toiletries and other over-the-counter products; and General Merchandise, making up 4.73% of the revenue and encompassing items like crockery, utensils, plastic goods, and pooja items.
In terms of revenue generation, 73.26% comes from offline sales while the remaining 26.74% is derived from online transactions.
