With a market capitalization of Rs. 608.39 crores, the share of BMW Ventures Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 71.10 per equity share, rising nearly 2.67 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 69.25. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 70.01 per equity share. 

Reason Behind the Surge:

BMW Ventures Limited has received an order worth Rs. 9.94 crore for the fabrication and supply of Bow String girders in an RDSO-approved facility for Indian Railways. The order is part of the company’s steel girder business and will be completed within 90 days from the date of the purchase order.

As per the contract terms, 5 percent of the payment will be made in advance, 70 percent after the trial assembly, and the remaining 25 percent before dispatch. This order is expected to support the company’s growth and strengthen its position in the steel fabrication sector.

BMW Ventures Limited was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Patna, Bihar. The company is engaged in trading, distribution, manufacturing, and fabrication of steel products, tractor engines, and spare parts. It operates a wide dealer network mostly in Bihar, covering 29 districts.

BMW Ventures distributes long and flat steel products such as TMT bars, GI sheets, HR sheets, CR sheets, and galvanized sheets. It also manufactures PVC pipes, roll-formed products, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and steel girders, including RDSO-approved steel girders for Indian Railways. The company serves sectors including construction, agriculture, automotive, and infrastructure.

With six stockyards in Bihar, BMW Ventures supports fabrication, storage, and logistics. Its strong distribution network with over 1,299 dealers emphasizes timely delivery and quality products. 

Financial Highlights:

Coming into financial highlights, BMW Ventures Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 1,938 crore in FY24 to Rs. 2,062 crore in FY25, which has grown by 6.40 percent. The net profit has also grown by 10 percent from Rs. 30 crore in FY24 to Rs. 33 crore in FY25.

BMW Ventures Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 12.72 percent and 17.08 percent, respectively, over the last five years.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 13.6 percent and 16.5 percent, respectively. BMW Ventures Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 5.18, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 2.04x.
