Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 75 per equity share. 

What Happened

United Heat Transfer Limited (UHTL) has received a purchase order worth approximately Rs. 61.25 lakhs from FS Compressors India Private Limited for the manufacturing of parts for a Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger. 

The order is to be supplied to United Heat Transfer Limited’s domestic plant in Pune and is subject to specific payment terms, including a 20 percent advance bank guarantee, 30 percent against material readiness, and 50 percent on a 30-day credit period. Further, the order must be completed within 18 weeks after approval of relevant documents.

On January 6, 2025, United Heat Transfer Limited received two purchase orders. The first is from Burckhardt Compression (India) for Rs. 1 crore (excluding taxes) to manufacture, test, and supply parts within three months. 

Additionally, the second is from Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited for Rs. 20.37 lakh (excluding tax) to manufacture and supply heat exchanger parts by April 15, 2025.
