At 12:49 p.m., the shares of ABB India Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 5,036 on BSE, up by nearly 1 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 5,001.05, with a market cap of Rs. 1.06 lakh crores. The stock has delivered negative returns of over 36 percent in the last one year, and has fallen by about 10 percent in the last one month.

According to its latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges, ABB India Limited has received an order worth Rs. 173.55 crores from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power Private Limited, Chennai.
The supply order involves the manufacture and supply of 3.X wind turbine converters and electrical cabinets on a build-to-print basis from ABB India’s Nelamangala factory. Deliveries are scheduled monthly from January 2026 through December 2026.

ABB India reported a significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 12 percent from Rs. 2,831 crores in Q1 FY25 to Rs. 3,175 crores in Q1 FY26. In contrast, its net profit decreased during the same period from Rs. 443 crores to Rs. 352 crores, representing a decline of about 20 percent YoY.
The company reported an order backlog of Rs. 9,958 crore. Order growth was recorded across all business segments, except Process Automation. A significant order was secured for propulsion equipment in traction motors.
