The shares of a prominent infrastructure company jumped 15 percent in today’s trading session after the company’s net profit and revenue magnified by 42 percent and 55 percent YoY, respectively, in Q4.
With a market capitalization of Rs 10,338.53 crore, the shares of Power Mech Projects Ltd were trading at Rs 3,270.00 per share, increasing around 10.97 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 2,946.80 apiece.
The shares of Power Mech Projects have seen bullish movement after reporting positive Q4 results, revenue increased by 38 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs 1,338 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs 1,853 crore in Q4FY25. Further, revenue increased by 42 percent year on year, from Rs 1,302 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 1,853 crore in Q4FY25.
The company’s net profit increased by 49 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis, from Rs. 87 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs.130 crore in Q4FY25. Further, net profit magnified significantly by 55 percent year on year from Rs 84 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 130 crore in Q4FY25.

The company posted a strong FY24- 25 performance, with revenue increasing 24 percent from Rs 4,207 crore to Rs 5,234 crore. Net profit jumped 40 percent, from Rs 248 crore to Rs 348 crore, reflecting positive profitability over the previous financial year. The board approved the final dividend on equity shares at the rate of 12.5%, i.e., Rs 1.25 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Power Mech showcases vast infrastructure expertise with over 28.98 lakh MT in erection works, 69,966 MW in power capacity addition, and major overseas projects. Achievements include 71,537 MW in O&M, 25.92 lakh m³ concrete work, 546 km gas pipeline, and electrification, fabrication, and GIS substation work across India and abroad.
Power Mech Projects Limited offers integrated services for boiler, turbine, and generator installation, testing, and commissioning (ETC), as well as balance of plant (BOP), civil works, and operation and maintenance. The company works in the construction and maintenance activities category.
