The shares of NBCC (India) Ltd have seen bullish movement after bagging a prestigious work order from the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of External Affairs, for renovation work of Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, New Delhi, this order valued at Rs 96 crore.

Financial Highlights 

Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue magnified by 16 percent from Rs 2,424 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs 2,827 crore in Q3FY25, Further, during the same time frame, net profit zoomed by 25 percent from Rs 114 crore to Rs 142 crore.

In 9MFY25, NBCC’s standalone segmental revenue rose across key areas: PMC grew 5.75 percent to  Rs 4,928.07 crore, RE surged 22.90 percent to  Rs 108.96 crore, and EPC jumped 62.71 percent to  Rs 431.86 crore. However, Q3FY25 saw a 32.67 percent dip in RE revenue compared to Q3FY24, while PMC and EPC posted moderate gains.

Orderbook & Order inflow in FY25

As of January 2025, NBCC’s consolidated order book stands at  Rs 1 lakh crore, led by NBCC with  Rs 82,500 crore. FY24 business secured totaled  Rs 24,418 crore, increasing to  Rs 46,250 crore in FY25. NBCC remains the dominant contributor, followed by HSCC, HSCL, and NSL.

In FY25, NBCC secured major projects worth thousands of crores, including  Rs 12,712 crore for a township in Srinagar and  Rs 9,445 crore for Supertech project completions. Other key contracts span redevelopment in Goa, MTNL land in Delhi, HUDCO plots, and land parcels in Kochi and Jhansi, totaling significant nationwide engagements.
