Synopsis :- With more than 30 years of experience in the production of railway components, Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd (ORIL), a small-cap company listed on the BSE, received two domestic orders totaling ~Rs. 12 crore from the MCF and ICF units of Indian Railways.

A small cap company, involved in the manufacturing and supply of railway components and related products received two orders from Railway PSU companies worth ~Rs. 12 crores.

With the market capitalization of Rs. 1,160 crores, the shares of Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd closed at Rs.179.75, up by 0.75 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 178.65.

Work Order

Indian Railways’ Modern Coach Factory (MCF), Raebareli, has been given a domestic contract to manufacture and supply 40 sets of seats for LHB GS coaches and 90 sets of seats and berths for LWSCN coaches. The total amount of the contract is Rs. 9 crores. Deliveries must be made to the MCF Furnishing Depot, and the consignee must accept, inspect, and receive the materials before 100% of the payment is released. The 40 sets must be completed by May 11, 2026, and the 90 sets must be completed by July 13, 2026.

Indian Railways’ Integral Coach Factory (ICF), located in Chennai, has been given a domestic contract to supply and install thirty-two sets of coach seats and berths for LSCN/BW2 coaches. The order must be fulfilled by January 31, 2027, and it is worth Rs. 2.5 Crores.
