With a market capitalization of Rs 3,223 crore, the shares of Arkade Developers Ltd are currently trading at Rs 173.50 per share, down by 8.6 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 190 per share. In the last six months, the stock has given a positive return of 24 percent.
About the announcement
The company reported a pre-sales of Rs 773 crore in FY25, as compared to 645 crore in FY24, i.e., a significant growth of 19.8 percent over the period. Its collection also rose by 21.8 percent to Rs 716 crores in FY25 from Rs 588 crores in FY24. It sold a total area of 2,49,000 Sq ft. in FY25 as compared to 2,03,000 Sq ft. in FY24, which is an increase of 22.7 percent during the period.
In FY25, the company launched three projects in Mumbai, namely Arkade Rare, Arkade Views & Arkade Vistas. Additionally, it received 4 OC’s ahead of the RERA schedule, namely Arkade Crown, Arkade Aspire, Arkade Aura, and Arkade Prime. It successfully delivered over 650 possessions to its customers. It acquired a 15.5-acre land parcel in the western suburbs with a projected GDV of Rs 8,590 crores.

Financial Highlights
The company reported a revenue of Rs 225 crores in Q3 FY25, down by 6 percent from its Q3 FY24 revenue of Rs 239 crores. However, it posted a revenue of Rs 202 crores in its previous quarter, up by 11 percent from its Q3 FY25 revenue.
Also, it reported a net profit of Rs 50 crores in Q3 FY25, up by 2 percent from its Q3 FY24 net profit of Rs 49 crores. It posted a net profit of Rs 43 crores in its previous quarter, up by 16 percent from its Q3 FY25 revenue.
