Financial Highlights
The company reported a 36.69 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 526 Crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 719 Crore in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 105.42 percent in revenue from Rs. 350 Crore in the previous quarter.
Their Net profit saw a turnaround on a YoY basis from a loss of 26 Crores in Q4FY24 to a Profit of Rs. 66 Crores in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 153.84 percent in Net Profit from 26 Crore in Net Profit
The company had its highest-ever Annual Total Income of Rs. 1,764 crore; YoY growth of 27 percent, and highest-ever Annual Collections of Rs. 2,432 crore; YoY growth of 18 percent. In FY25 company launched projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 4,000 Crores. In FY25, it acquired ~22 acres of land for a joint development project in Pune with an expected GDV of ~Rs. 4,000 crore.
