The shares of a Micro-Cap company, specializing in recycling aluminum scrap to produce aluminum alloys, including ingots, cubes, shots, and notch bars, as well as de-ox alloys, jumped upto 9 percent upon signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Minda Corporation Ltd

With a market capitalization of Rs. 658.40 crores on Monday, the shares of Baheti Recycling Industries Limited jumped upto 9.3 percent, making a high of Rs. 639.55 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 585.00 per share.

Baheti Recycling Industries Limited, engaged in recycling aluminum scrap to produce aluminum alloys, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Minda Corporation Limited.

The order is to supply 4,368 metric tonnes of aluminium alloy ingots during the financial year 2025–26, with an estimated value of this order is approximately Rs. 121 crore. This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening Baheti’s relationship with reputed OEMs and reflects the trust placed in the company’s product quality and timely delivery capabilities.

Financials & Others

The company’s revenue rose by 19.7 percent from Rs. 223 crore to Rs. 267 crore in H2FY24-25. Meanwhile, Net profit rose from Rs. 4 crore to  Rs. 11  crore during the same period.

The company has a P/E ratio of 33.68, lower than the industry average of 41.94, indicating potential undervaluation. A low PEG ratio of 0.22 further supports this view, and the promoter holding of over 65 percent reflects confidence in the company’s growth prospects.

Along with it, the company has delivered strong performance with an average 3-year revenue growth of 20.01 percent and net profit growth of 34.96 percent, highlighting consistent business expansion and improving profitability.

The company operates 3 rotary facilities and 15 furnaces with an installed capacity of 29,160 MTPA. It currently utilizes around 64 percent of this capacity. The land area spans 32,890 sq. yards, including idle and additional available space. The workforce includes 450 employees, with over 200 contractual workers. A new  (Tilting Rotary & Melting) TRF unit has been commissioned, with another planned by FY26.

The company has a strong set of marquee clients, including Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Uno Minda, Ashley Alteams, Legion Energy, ESSAR, GNA Altech, ArcelorMittal, CIE Automotive, ESL Steel Ltd, and others.
