With a market capitalization of 3,340.32 Crores on Monday, the shares of ASM Technologies Ltd jumped upto 7.4 percent, making a high of Rs. 3044.00 compared to its previous close of Rs. 2832.05.

ASM Technologies Ltd, engaged in providing engineering services and product R&D, with a focus on the Semiconductor, Solar, and Automotive industries, has announced its Q1 results as follows:

Its Revenue from operations rose by 134 percent YoY from Rs. 52.6 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 123 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 7 percent QoQ from Rs. 115 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 123 Crores in Q1FY26.

Its Net Profit YoY rose by 500 percent from Rs. 2.60 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 15.6 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 1.9 percent QoQ from Rs. 15.3 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 15.6 Crores in Q1FY26. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 10.67, compared to Rs. 10.59 in the previous year’s quarter.

Along with the results, the Board of Directors of the company has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share for the current financial year. Given that the face value of each share is Rs. 10, this translates to a dividend payout of 10%.

Revenue Segmentation & Others

In the latest quarter, ASM Technologies Ltd reported export services revenue of Rs. 20.54 crores, compared to Rs. 20.71 crores in the same quarter last year. On the domestic front, revenue saw a strong rise from Rs. 29.73 crore to Rs. 38.12 crore, highlighting robust growth in the Indian market.
