Timex Group India Ltd, engaged in manufacturing and trading watches, and also provides after-sales service and IT support to its group companies, has announced its Q1 results as follows.
Its Revenue from operations rose by 55 percent YoY from Rs. 109 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 169 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 25 percent QoQ from Rs. 135 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 169 Crores in Q1FY26.
Its Net Profit YoY rose by 505 percent from Rs. 2.43 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 14.7 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 59 percent QoQ from a profit of Rs. 9.24 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 14.7 Crores in Q1FY26.
The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.33, compared to Rs. 0.79 in the previous quarter. The company maintains a strong financial profile with a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.15 and sufficient current assets to cover its liabilities. It has delivered good returns, with an average ROE of 105% and ROCE of 20.46% over the last three years, indicating efficient use of capital and strong profitability.
