A small cap Electronic Device Manufacturer is in the spotlight after securing a domestic order worth about Rs. 4.62 crore (excluding taxes) from Vanix Technologies to manufacture Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) devices.

With the market capitalization of Rs. 1,406.51 crore, the shares of Aimtron Electronics Ltd closed at Rs. 689 on friday, up by 3.23 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 667.45 per equity share, and it has reached an intraday high of Rs. 694.65.

Aimtron Electronics Ltd has secured a major order from Vanix Technologies worth Rs. 4.62 crore to manufacture 50,000 Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) devices. The company has signed a MoU with Vanix in December, 2024.

This order boosts Aimtron’s growth and production, creating new jobs as manufacturing expands. It is a key step in scaling operations, growing the company’s presence, and strengthening its integrated Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) capabilities.

Aimtron Electronics is set to begin its first production batch in October 2025, with deliveries expected by year-end. Over the next five years, the company aims to manufacture between 250,000 and 2 million IoT devices, strengthening its leadership in India’s electronics manufacturing sector. This collaboration aligns with the government’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat missions, reflecting Aimtron’s commitment to advancing India’s self-reliance and smart manufacturing.

Aimtron Electronics, founded in 2011, is a leading integrated ESDM company in India, providing end-to-end electronics solutions, including PCB manufacturing and design services, while expanding its presence in domestic and international markets.

As of March 31, 2025, Aimtron Electronics Ltd has an order book of Rs. 189 crore and On April 24, 2025 it has received an order of Rs. 128 crore in Network Security for a turnkey box-build project.

The company reported standalone revenue of Rs. 100.62 crore in H2 FY25, up 74 percent QoQ from Rs. 57.69 crore in H1 FY25 and 102 percent YoY from Rs. 49.91 crore in H2 FY24. Profit for H2 FY25 was Rs. 14.56 crore, increasing 30 percent QoQ from Rs. 11.18 crore in H1 FY25 and 122 percent YoY from Rs. 6.57 crore in H2 FY24, showing strong sequential and annual growth.
