Lemon Tree Hotels is in the spotlight after its subsidiary, Fleur Hotels, received a Letter of Award from DDA to develop and operate a 5-star hotel in Nehru Place, New Delhi.

India’s third largest hotel chain company is in the spotlight today after its subsidiary has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to develop and operate a 5-star hotel.

With the market capitalization of Rs. 12,149 crore, the shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited is trading at Rs. 153.29, up by 5.54 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 145.25 per equity share, and it has reached a high of Rs. 154.50 in the same trading day.

Work Order

Lemon Tree Hotel’s subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for a 2.256-acre land parcel at Nehru Place, New Delhi. The LOA, valid for 12 months, allows the company to develop and operate a 5-star hotel on the site, subject to DDA compliances.

Lemon Tree Hotels will develop its upcoming property at Nehru Place as Aurika, Nehru Place, introducing its upper upscale brand to Delhi NCR. With 500+ keys, it will be one of the city’s largest hotels, offering premium rooms, suites, dining, banqueting, and leisure facilities inspired by Aurika Mumbai SkyCity. This landmark project, strategically located in Nehru Place, will boost Lemon Tree’s presence in the NCR and cater to both business and leisure travelers.

Management View

Lemon Tree Hotel’s CMD, Patanjali Keswani, stated that Delhi is a strategic focus, and Aurika will provide a luxury experience that goes beyond a stay, setting new standards for style, comfort, and service. Construction will begin soon, demonstrating the company’s commitment to expanding in key markets while providing inspiring experiences and exceptional hospitality.
