The shares of prominent coffee manufacturers gained up to 15 percent in the morning trading session after the company’s net profit magnified by 62 percent QoQ and 57 percent YoY in Q4 results.

Financial Highlights
The shares of CCL Products (India) Ltd have seen bullish movement after reporting positive results in Q4FY25, Revenue increased by 10 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs 758 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs 836 crore in Q4FY25. Further, revenue increased by 15 percent year on year, from Rs 727 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 836 crore in Q4FY25.
The company’s net profit increased by 62 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis, from Rs. 63 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs. 102 crore in Q4FY25. Further, net profit magnified significantly by 57 percent year on year from Rs 65 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 102 crore in Q4FY25.
The company posted a strong FY24-25 performance, with revenue surging 17 percent from Rs 2,654 crore to Rs 3,106 crore. Net profit jumped 24 percent, from Rs 250 crore to Rs 310 crore, reflecting growth and improved profitability over the previous financial year. The board also approved a final dividend of Rs. 5.00 (250%) per equity share of nominal value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 2024-25.
Additionally, Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) went up by 38.3 percent to Rs 163.3 crore from Rs 118.1 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 19.5 percent from 16.3 percent, showing better cost control and more sales of premium products.
Future Outlook
Despite modest growth in the global coffee market, CCL sees significant expansion potential with its low market share—7–8% in B2B globally and 3–4% in India’s B2C segment. Management aims to aggressively grow share over 4–5 years, leveraging rising coffee consumption in tea-dominant markets like India and China.
CCL Products derives over 90 percent of its revenue from exports, with key markets in Europe, North America, and Asia. The company operates four manufacturing facilities—two in India (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) and one each in Vietnam and Switzerland—supporting its strong global presence in the coffee industry.
