Shares of a company involved in manufacturing electrical equipment such as switchboards, transformers, and vacuum contactors hit a 10 percent upper circuit on Thursday, after announcing H2 FY25 financial results with a rise in revenue from operations by 100 percent HoH and 43 percent YoY.

With a market capitalisation of Rs. 232 crores, at 02:56 p.m., shares of Akanksha Power and Infrastructure Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 118.5 on NSE, up by 9 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 108.65.

According to the latest regulatory filings on the NSE, Akanksha Power and Infrastructure Limited announced the financial results for H2 FY25 on Thursday during market hours.

For H2 FY25, Akanksha Power reported a revenue from operations of Rs. 52.5 crores, reflecting a significant growth of around 100 percent HoH from Rs. 26.2 crores in H1 FY25, and a year-on-year rise of about 43 percent from Rs. 36.7 crores in H2 FY24.

Net profit for H2 FY25 stood at Rs. 2.83 crores, marking a nearly 84 percent HoH increase from Rs. 1.54 crores reported in H1 FY25, as well as an annual increase of around 29 percent from Rs. 2.2 crores in H2 FY24.

In the second half of FY25, Akanksha Power reported an order book of Rs. 125 crore, comprising ~Rs. 75.99 crore in pending orders and around Rs. 50.04 crore in outstanding orders, including costs related to the PPA and WRA projects.

Looking ahead to 2030, the company’s management envisions Akanksha Power evolving into a Rs. 1,000 crore enterprise. Their goals include achieving 100 MW of renewable generation, becoming a top player in power quality solutions with at least 2,000 MVAR of quality installations, delivering 50 integrated AMI solutions, serving 10 leading global clients, and operating 2 full-scale distribution management utility verticals.
