With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,196.61 crores, the shares of Alpex Solar Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit of Rs. 897.55 per share on Thursday, up from its previous closing price of Rs. 854.85 per share.
Q4 FY25 Result Walkthrough
Coming into the quarterly results of Alpex Solar Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 171.42 percent YOY, from Rs. 120.62 crore in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 327.39 crore in Q4 FY25, and grew by 74.49 percent QoQ from Rs. 187.63 crore in Q3 FY25.
In Q4 FY25, Alpex Solar Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 462.42 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 35.32 crore compared to Rs. 6.28 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q3 FY25, the net profit has increased by 51 percent, from Rs. 23.39 crore. The basic earnings per share increased by 332.04 percent and stood at Rs. 14.43 as against Rs. 3.34 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, 2024.
FY25 Result: Alpex Solar Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 412.59 crore in FY24 to Rs. 780.15 crore in FY25, which is a growth of 89.09 percent. The net profit has also grown by 187.07 percent, from Rs. 29.08 crore in FY24 to Rs. 83.48 crore in FY25.
Alpex Solar Limited was established in 2008 and is based in Greater Noida. The company is among North India’s largest solar PV module manufacturers. Alpex Solar produces a wide range of solar modules, including bifacial, mono PERC, and half-cut modules, using both monocrystalline and polycrystalline cell technologies.
The company also manufactures its own high-grade aluminum frames, ensuring quality control and compatibility. Alpex Solar Limited is a trusted partner for major clients like Tata Power, NTPC, Indian Oil, and Godrej. It provides solar energy solutions to HAL, Powergrid, SECI, and others, promoting clean energy and sustainability across various sectors.
The company has a solar module manufacturing capacity of 1.2 GW, which is set to expand to 2.4 GW. Alpex is also venturing into solar cell manufacturing, with a 500 MW phase of a 1.6 GW project commencing commercial production in FY26.
Additionally, it is launching an aluminum frame facility with a 12,000 MT annual capacity and expanding its EPC services (150 MW) and power generation (100 MW) by FY27.
