With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,574.76 crores on Thursday, the shares of Ravindra Energy Ltd hit a 5 percent upper circuit, making a high of Rs. 144.20 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 137.35 per share.
Ravindra Energy Ltd, engaged in the development of solar energy projects, including ground-mounted solar power plants, rooftop solar installations, and solar water pumps, has announced its Q1 results as follows.
Its Revenue from operations rose by 618 percent YoY from Rs. 22.7 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 163 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 2.5 percent QoQ from Rs. 159 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 163 Crores in Q1FY26.
Its Net Profit YoY rose by 308 percent from Rs. 5.58 Crores in Q1FY25 to Rs. 22.78 Crores in Q1FY26, and it rose by 77 percent QoQ from Rs. 12.89 Crores in Q4FY25 to Rs. 22.78 Crores in Q1FY26. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.33, compared to Rs. 0.74 in the previous year’s quarter.
Segment Revenue & Others
In the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the Solar segment reported revenue of Rs. 142.3 crore, a significant increase from Rs. 1.3 crore in the same quarter last year. The Trading segment recorded no revenue during this period. The Investment segment generated Rs. 1.68 crore, down sharply from Rs. 2.1 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
