Financial Highlights

KPI Green Energy Ltd reported a revenue of Rs 1,735.45 crores in FY25, up by 69.53 percent from Rs 1,023.90 crores in FY24. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, revenue surged by 96.79 percent to Rs 569.40 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 289.35 crores in Q4 FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue increased by 24.22 percent from Rs 458.35 crores in Q3 FY25.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 325.27 crores in FY25, up by 101.17 percent from Rs 161.65 crores in FY24. On a YoY basis, net profit surged by 142.02 percent to Rs 104.18 crores in Q4 FY25 from Rs 43.04 crores in Q4 FY24. On a QoQ basis, net profit rose by 22.37 percent from Rs 85.15 crores in Q3 FY25.Additionally, the board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share of the face value of Rs 5/- each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.

KPI Green Energy Limited, with operations in Surat, India, owns and operates solar power plants under the brand name “Solarism.” It is both an independent and captive power generator as well as an industrial land parcel seller. The firm offers operation and maintenance services and hybrid energy solutions.
