Price Movement
With a market capitalization of Rs 5,066 crore, Insolation Energy Ltd. shares made an intraday high of Rs 244 per share on Wednesday, up by 2.4 percent compared to the previous day’s closing price of Rs 238.15. The stock has corrected by over 36 percent in the last 6 months.
About the announcement
The company on Wednesday announced that it scored a revenue of Rs 1,338 crores for the Year ended on 31st March, 2025, up by 80.49 percent, from its previous year’s revenue of Rs 741.32 crore.
The management also stated that they anticipate a stronger revenue and profitability performance in FY25 – 26 with their strong strategic initiatives. Further, the company also remains optimistic about the upcoming 3GW capacity expansion by its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company (Insolation Green Energy Private Limited) of which 2GW is set to commence production in the first quarter of FY 2025-26 and remaining 1 GW is scheduled to commence commercial production in the second quarter of FY 2025-26 which will take the total capacity to 4GW.

Other Information
The company is the 2nd largest North Indian manufacturer of solar panels, batteries and inverters. As of August 2024 in FY25, the company has received orders worth Rs 54 crore for the supply of solar PV modules and Rs 142 crore for solar power development.
