This KP Group stock, which operates in the manufacturing sector, is in focus after it reported its H2 FY25 Results. The company reported robust results with Revenue growth of 76 percent and Net Profit Growth of 91 percent, The Board also recommended a dividend.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,414 Crore, the stock of KP Green Engineering opened at Rs. 459, around the same level as yesterday’s close, but after opening, it made a high of Rs. 498, up 9.11 percent.

Financial Highlights & Dividend Recommendation

The company reported a 76.35 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 245.12  Crore in H2FY24 to Rs. 432.28 Crore in H2FY25. On a half-yearly basis, the company reported an increase of 64.77 percent in revenue from Rs. 262.35 Crore in H2FY25. Their Net profit saw an increase of 91.38 percent YoY from Rs. 24.04 Crore to Rs. 46.01 Crore for the same period. On a half-yearly basis, the company reported an increase of 67.43 percent in Net profit from Rs. 27.48 Crore in the H1FY25.

On a YoY basis, Profit After Tax margin saw an Increase of 50 bps from 10 percent in FY24 to 10.50 percent in FY25, and Earnings per share saw an Increase of 53 percent from Rs. 9.6 per share to Rs. 14.70. The Board reported a Dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share, which is 4 percent of the face value of Rs. 5 per share. The dividend will be subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM.

The company has Several Proposed Product verticals that are expected to start this year, some of the Verticals are Asia’s Largest galvanizing plant, and Torque Tube Mill for solar tracker. Some expected projects in the future are offshore wind tubular tower and Green H2 backward integration.
