Synopsis:
Vasa Denticity plunged sharply after weak Q2 results. Despite 18% YoY revenue growth to Rs 133 crore, net profit dropped 14% to Rs 7.52 crore due to higher expenses.

The shares of this leading business engaged in the marketing and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of Dental Products are in focus after a weak Q2. As of September 2025, Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agarwal held 4 percent and 2 percent stakes, respectively in the company.

With a market capitalization of Rs 947 crore, the shares of Vasa Denticity Ltd reached a day low of Rs 540 per share, down by 6 percent from its previous day’s closing price of Rs 576.10 per share. In the last one year, the stock has corrected by over 16 percent, as compared to NIFTY 50’s positive return of 8 percent.

Q2 Highlights

Vasa Denticity Industries reported a core revenue of Rs 133 crore in H1 FY26, a growth of 18 percent as compared to Rs 113 crore in H1 FY25. However, it declined by 2 percent from Rs 136 crore in H2 FY25.

On the expenses front, it reported total expenses of Rs 125 crore in H1 FY26, a growth of 22 percent as compared to Rs 103 crore in H1 FY25. However, it declined by 0.22 percent from Rs 126 crore in H2 FY25.

Regarding its profitability, it reported a net profit of Rs 7.52 crore in H1 FY26, a decline of 14 percent as compared to Rs 8.77 crore in H1 FY25. However, it recorded a decline of 8 percent from Rs 8.20 crore in H2 FY25.
