With a market capitalization of Rs. 5,334.68 crore, Dynamatic Technologies Ltd is trading at Rs. 7,855, up by 2.37 percent from its previous close of Rs. 7,673 per equity share. The shares touched an intraday high of Rs. 7,900 in today’s trading session.
What’s the deal?
According to the latest bulk deal data on the NSE, on October 9, 2025, Samena Special Situations Mauritius III sold 72,000 shares (1.06 percent stake) in Dynamatic Technologies at an average price of Rs. 6,800.65 per share, totaling to Rs. 48.96 crore. As of June 2025, Samena held a 4.8 percent stake (3.25 lakh shares) in the company.

About the company
Dynamatic Technologies Limited, based in Bengaluru and incorporated in 1973, designs, manufactures, and sells engineered products for aerospace, automotive, and hydraulic industries globally, including India, the US, UK, Europe, and Canada.
Its offerings include hydraulic pumps and motors, power steering units, high-precision aerospace components, airframe structures, aluminium and iron castings, unmanned aerial vehicles, medical testing kits, and engineering and laboratory services.
It is trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 126x, which is higher than the industry average of 35.8x. A return on equity (ROE) of about 6.21 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of about 8.96 percent demonstrate the company’s financial position.
The company posted a revenue of Rs. 371 crore in Q1FY26, up 7 percent YoY from Rs. 346 crore in Q1FY25, but slightly down 3 percent QoQ from Rs. 381 crore in Q4FY25. Profit remained steady at Rs. 11 crore YoY, unchanged from Q1FY25, and declined 31 percent QoQ from Rs. 16 crore in Q4FY25, indicating stable earnings despite a minor sequential dip.
