With a market capitalization of Rs. 463.78 crores on Thursday, the shares of Atmastco Limited jumped upto 1.2 percent, making a high of Rs. 189.90 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 187.60 per share.

Atmastco Limited, engaged in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, with a particular focus on steel fabrication and manufacturing for industrial, commercial, and residential infrastructure, has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).
The order is for the fabrication and supply of columns, auto-weld items, and general fabrication work for the DVC Raghunathpur project. The order, valued at about Rs. 15.23 crore, is a one-time domestic contract and will be executed as per purchase orders issued by BHEL. The LOI also outlines the quantities, rates, and validity period for various fabrication items to be supplied under the contract.

The company’s revenue declined by 13 percent from Rs. 139 crore in September 2024 to Rs. 121 crore in September 2025. Meanwhile, the Net profit declined from Rs. 14 crore to Rs. 11 crore during the same period.
The company shows strong profitability with a ROCE of 21.5% and a solid ROE of 16.4%, indicating efficient use of both capital and equity. Its PEG ratio of 0.36 suggests the stock may be undervalued relative to its growth. Additionally, a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.67 reflects a moderate and manageable level of leverage.
