Cool Caps Industries Ltd has announced that its Unit III, located in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, has received “Approval” status from PepsiCo. This approval allows the supplier site to provide packaging materials, specifically primary snap-on/press-on plastic closures for water jars and bottles to PepsiCo facilities from 25-Sept-2025 to 25-Sept-2029, subject to completion of performance management tasks as notified by PepsiCo’s business or regional teams. This approval cements the company’s relationship with a major global client and ensures a long-term supply contract.

Financial Snapshot- Half Yearly Results
For the September 2024 to March 2025 period, Cool Caps Industries’ sales rose from Rs. 96 crore to Rs. 142 crore, up 47.9 percent, while operating profit fell from Rs. 8 crore to Rs. 1 crore, down 87.5 percent. Net profit increased from Rs. 5 crore to Rs. 7 crore, up 40.0 percent.
On a Year-on-Year basis from March 2024 to March 2025, sales climbed from Rs. 72 crore in March 2024 to Rs. 142 crore in March 2025, marking a 97.2 percent increase. Operating profit declined from Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 1 crore, down 50.0 percent, while net profit surged from Rs. 0.14 crore to Rs. 7 crore.
