The meeting is to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, and to discuss a possible share split, subject to shareholder approval. The trading window for the company’s securities remains closed from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the results are announced, i.e., until August 14, 2025.

The company’s revenue rose by 10.7 percent from Rs. 413.02 crore to Rs. 457.42 crore in Q4FY24-25. Meanwhile, the Net profit increased from  Rs. 33.62 crore to  Rs. 34.28 crore during the same period.

The company has strong financial health with low debt (debt-to-equity ratio of 0.16) and more current assets than liabilities, indicating good liquidity. It also shows strong profitability, with an average 3-year ROCE of 15.15% and impressive revenue and net profit growth rates of 18.01% and 34.93%, respectively.
