Brokerage Recommendation

Axis Direct has issued a ‘Buy’ call on the smart meter solution provider with a target price of Rs 430, signaling a 30% upside from the current  Rs 331.60 level. The brokerage’s optimistic view reflects expectations of strong demand recovery, margin improvement, and steady infrastructure spending driving sector growth.

As per the brokerage, the company’s order book stands at  Rs 28,758 crore as of September 2025, including  Rs 26,473 crore from its GIC platform with long-term concessions of 8–10 years. This solid pipeline ensures revenue stability and long-term growth visibility, supported by additional  Rs 127 crore traditional meter orders in H1FY26.

Backed by a robust order pipeline and improved execution pace, the company has raised FY26 revenue guidance to  Rs 4,500 crore and projects Rs 5,500–6,000 crore for FY27. Operational efficiencies have also led to an upward revision in EBITDA margin guidance from 18% to 20%, signaling enhanced profitability ahead.

Net profit jumped 72% to Rs 143 crore, reflecting improved operational efficiency and cost control.
