With a market capitalization of Rs 4,568.57 crore, the shares of Optiemus Infracom Ltd were trading at Rs 523.60 per share, increasing around 5.18 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 497.80 apiece.

Reason for rise

The shares of Optiemus Infracom Ltd have seen bullish movement after a partnership with Taiwan-based Avix Technology to jointly develop, manufacture, and assemble advanced camera systems, gimbals, and drone components in India. Targeting the Indian defence and related sectors, this collaboration leverages Avix’s expertise in UAV design and electronics, marking a significant step in strengthening India’s indigenous capabilities in high-performance drone and surveillance technology.

Additionally, Optiemus Unmanned Systems, a subsidiary of Optiemus Infracom, launched four advanced drones Marak VT100, Vajra QC55, Canister Launched Loitering Munition, and FPV drones with fiber-optic navigation at Milipol India 2025. These innovations support defence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, aligning with India’s Make-in-India vision and defence modernization goals.

On the partnership, Mr. Cooper Chang, CEO of Avix Technologies, said, “Our partnership with Optiemus Unmanned Systems is a significant step to co-create advanced camera solutions tailored for India’s evolving defense landscape. This alliance goes beyond component supply and it’s a shared commitment to deliver high-capability drone camera and gimbal components. Financial Growth

Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue decreased by 2 percent from Rs 482 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs 472 crore in Q3FY25, Moreover, during the same time frame, net profit declined by 17 percent from Rs 18 crore to Rs 15 crore.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations 

Optiemus Infracom’s Drone Segment is advancing through strategic collaborations with LS Telecom (Germany) for defence-related spectrum management and Kunway (Taiwan) for local drone development. Multiple successful trials were conducted for logistics, surveillance, FPV, and payload delivery, reinforcing its position in India’s evolving security and drone technology ecosystem.
