With market capitalization of Rs. 7,768 cr, the shares of Atlanta Electricals Ltd are currently trading at Rs. 1,009 per share, decreasing nearly 5% from today’s market session, making a low of Rs. 995.90, from its previous close of Rs. 1,042.80 per share.

Q1FY26 Results

Quarter-on-Quarter

The company’s revenue from operations declined to Rs. 315.1 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs. 411.5 crore in Q4FY25. EBITDA from Rs. 68.6 cr to Rs. 48.8 cr.  Net profit fell to Rs. 31.1 crore from Rs. 44.6 crore over the same period.

On a year-on-year basis, net sales increased to Rs. 315.1 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs. 299.9 crore in Q1FY25, which is a 5% increase. EBITDA from Rs. 41.4 cr to Rs. 48.8 cr, an increase of 18%. Net profit rose to Rs. 31.1 crore from Rs. 24.9 crore, a 25% increase during the same period.

The company demonstrated recent expansion with the BTW Acquisition in April 2025. The company has a robust operational footprint, selling across 19 States & 3 UTs and operating 5 Manufacturing Facilities with a large manufacturing area of 3,21,451.39 sq. ft. 

The company’s capacity stands at 63,060 MVA, and as of FY25, it supplied 94,000 MVA and over 4,400 transformers. Its financial health is indicated by an impressive Order Book of INR 1,583.64 crores as of Q1FY26.

Its product range is extensive, covering 5 MVA / 11 kV up to 200 MVA / 220 kV transformers, including specialized units like generator, furnace, and auto transformers. 

The company caters to a diverse and growing national customer base, which expanded from 77 customers in FY22 to 232 in Q1FY26. Major clients whose logos are displayed include Adani Renewables, TATA Power, and others, highlighting its strong relationships across the power sector.

Fresh order

Atlanta Electricals Limited has secured a significant purchase order worth Rs. 183.54 crore from BNC Power Projects Ltd for the supply of extra-high voltage (EHV) equipment at the RSDCL Pugal site. 

The order includes 315 MVA, 400 KV and 100 MVA, 132 KV transformers, along with a 400 KV bus reactor, covering design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery to the site. Execution will follow engineering and drawing approvals, providing multi-quarter visibility and a steady production run-rate. 

This order strengthens Atlanta’s EHV portfolio and reinforces its expertise in designing and executing grid-critical projects. The company expects this order to enhance capacity utilization and operating leverage across its Anand manufacturing facilities.
